If you're in the north Scottsdale area and in the mood for pho, Tea Light Cafe hits the spot. The menu is limited - mostly pho and some rice plates (i.e., your standard Vietnamese fare). That's okay though, since I found the pho to be solid. Good broth, though slightly skimpy on the noodles compared to most pho restaurants. It's a small restaurant. Wasn't too crowded when we were there, but has the potential to get full I would imagine. The price is reasonable, though I've definitely had cheaper. Perhaps it's inherent for the restaurants in the area.
