Pretty good place overall, a little down and dirty, but not "bad" dirty.
I didn't have any problems ordering. The lady could understand what I wanted. They actually give you a ticket for the hot dog and you go outside to get it.
The dog is good and filling. Some people here talked about the other things on the menu being small, and they're right. See the picture and the pen for reference. You can eat the taco in 2 big bites. The caramelo might take a couple more, but not much.
The flavor was excellent, especially the caramelo. Very strong in all the right ways. It made me forget about the price. The taco was good overall and the salsa bar is what I like. The hot dog itself could have had more flavor, but it comes together well. Despite the smallish size of the taco and caramelo it was still a filling meal with the hot dog and the total, with a can of soda, was around $8.50. I left satisfied.
