I scheduled a morning appointment for a furnace clean and service. I waited until 10:45 before I called to check on a possible time the service tech would be here. I was told that it should be shortly. I waited another 2 hours to call a back again only to be put on hold then be told this time that I was next and it should be shortly. I have no options other than to wait, but common courtesy is NOT this companies strong suit.
When the tech finally calls, a half hour later, he says..."I see you requested AM. They told me to apologize. ". He showed up 25 minutes after that so the 20 minute cleaning job cost me over 5 hours of waiting time.
