Well - I come here a fair amount - for the convenience - and their Growlers. So I have to give it a 3 star because I keep coming back. It's seriously funny how bad the customer service. I mean - I feel like I'm in a sketch on a training video on how to give really bad service. Regrettably, I've never been in the episode on 'the right way'.
