My wife and I have been to numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in Tokyo, so coming back to Toronto, it has been difficult to satiate those cravings. Thankfully, Nakamori hit the spot. The 7-course omakase was particularly delightful. Light, thoughtful flavours with great depth and complexity. Layers of subtlety result in bites that evolve with character as you eat. Highly recommended, and would return for the miso soup broth alone!
