This vision center seems to never know what my insurance allows. Three years in a row they have gotten it wrong The first year they said I was only covered for glasses not contacts that turned out to not be true. The second year they said I was only covered for one box of contacts that also was not true I'm covered for 2. This year they said I'm only covered for the frames and my eye exam but not the lenses for glasses. How does that even make sense. If my insurance allowed me to use any other company I would. I will take the extra time and drive to Phoenix hoping to get better more comprehensive service from a different office.
