Don't do it!! I've lived here for 9 months and just gave my 60 day notice. I can't use my master bedroom because the AC unit is located almost directly over it. When the AC unit kicks on, it's like a bomb went off.
When I gave my notice they told me that "we're 99 percent occupied" nice!! So I made an offer to them. "since you're full, let's negotiate a deal that I can move out early" They wouldn't consider offering me anything. How stupid? I'm being told that "we're full" Why wouldn't you want to lock someone in long term?
If you decide to live here don't pick the 3rd floor until you hear the noise that has required me to sleep in the office.
