Totally shocking place! Upon arrival we were met by a large haze of cigarette smoke and ash covered steps. At this point it could only get better. (So I thought!)
I ordered a Panini with fries and Buffalo Chicken rolls. The panini was pretty good but the fries were cold and the appetizer was cold. I guess they cooked it for someone else earlier in the day because it arrived in a decent amount of time.
Forget the refills! By the time I was offered a refill on my empty tea, the meal was completed. The fact that they ran out of glasses was not my problem as they could have refilled it in the same glass.
Overall I was very disappointed and shocked as to how they could have ever been on television with such poor quality of food and lacking service.
I will never recoup the 36 mile round trip I made to eat there for the first time but at least I know better in the future and I can inform others not to go there as well.
