If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I have been shopping at Francesca's for years. I come to Vegas (about every 3 months), & shop at all 3 locations I know of. Anyone, the one in Town Square I will NEVER step foot in again. This trip I went in there 3 different times over the course of a week & each time there was different staff, whom all were incredibly rude each time I was there. They don't greet you when you walk in, even if the store is empty. When you go to ask a question the associates are too busy in their personal conversation to give you any attention & when you do finally get to ask the question, you are inconveniencing them & they are snooty.
