Sadly, I can't offer a positive review of this business like the one other reviewer did. I moved across the country back to Phoenix in 2014, and had reserved a couple of large storage units by phone at StorAmerica. I offered to put down a deposit, but was assured that my units would be held for me for a period of time (30 days? 45 days? I don't recall). I went in a couple of weeks later when I got to town (well before the period of time my units were supposed to be held expired) only to be told unapologetically by the girl behind the counter that she didn't know what happened or why, but those units are occupied now. She proceeded to confirm my reservation of the units was in the file, but shrugged and told me one of the other employees must not have noticed it when they rented the units. They had no similar units, she told me. Thank goodness I had gone to StorAmerica when I first arrived in town, well ahead of the moving van's arrival, and so I had time to rent elsewhere. I trusted StorAmerica to be the "landing spot" for my possessions until I got settled, and they left me high and dry.
