Selections are big here, but the quality of stuff, especially produce, meat & seafood are bad. Most of their selections are leftovers and/or rejects from T&T or non-Asian groceries. If you're buying anything, make sure you buy just enough for the next 1-2 days, 3 days at most. Any longer, and the stuff will rot whether it's inside the fridge or in the room environment. Meat, seafood & dairy are same too. My guess is they get their stuff for free or next to nothing, that's why they can afford to undercut everybody's prices. Even their shopping trolleys are leftovers and/or rejects from No Frills, Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart and elsewhere. Their cooked food section is decent though, and if you can go at or after 8pm, you can get real good deals. DO NOT BUY their Sushi if it's being discounted towards the evening. The stuff is already rotten or it'll go bad by the time you reach home.
