ROBERT MORTIMER truly surpassed all my expectations!!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND the service Burns Pest Control provides and words cannot express how great of a job Robert did!! I was ready to get a different pest control company until Robert showed up! He literally climbed down into my basement window wells and removed all the bugs, webs and wasp nests! Our house was built in 1982 so you can imagine how many webs were down there! Not only that, I saw a snake in one last week and told him he didn't have to go in that well and he did anyways!! Burns needs more of Roberts as techs and you need to keep him around! He is the only reason I am giving you a great review and because of him, I have continued to keep burns as my pest control company!
