I never thought I'd be renting a storage unit but I did. My husband and I have rented from StorageOne for about 3yrs. We never had issues with them. They served our needs well. I one day forgot to lock my unit. The manager called me and told me it was unlocked. I quickly drove over to check out my unit and LOCK it this time.
Recently my husband passed away and I needed to get rid of some of his things in storage mine and my husbands. But I didn't have any helpers to do so. I called StorageOne and I told Moreen about my situation. She was sympathetic and said that she had a solution. I told her I didn't want to pay another months rent but I didn't have any help to remove my things. Moreen recommended a few charities that I could use. I called Las Vegas Rescue Mission, they came out in a timely manner and removed everything in my storage unit that I didn't want. The things I wanted to keep the guys helped me put in my car.
Everything went smoothly and now I have one less thing on my to do list.
