Stayed here for 6 months and hated it. Belara promotes itself as a luxury community which is what attracted me while searching for a place to live while searching from out of state, however the experience living in the community was more like living in low income housing.
Pros: Nice office, community room, fitness room, and pool area, off the beaten path.
Cons: Landscaping upkeep is terrible (always dirty), theft and vandalism (locked up bikes stolen, multiple car windows broken, attempted car break ins), dog droppings and urine smell throughout complex especially the common/grass areas, drug trafficking (late at night you can hear certain tenants performing the (coast is clear whistle), lack of parking spaces (people using their garages as storage facilities and people who are clearly not physically disabled unethically using handicap parking when folks who have clear disabilities are made to walk long distances, tow company is desperate to stay in business and they are towing cars like crazy for parking "backed in" which is ridiculous because this isn't the case at either of the other apartments in the vicinity.
