Good drivers, but some of the absolute most worse service I've ever had, as far as the company. I've been using their services for a few years now (only because there's not many other options in Cleveland) and it's only continued to get more and more terrible. They won't allow you to pre-order taxi's any longer if you are getting picked up at a business, so you can no longer save yourself time by doing that. Wait times are at least 45min at any given time of the day or night. Today for, for example, I was leaving work at 10pm (I expected to wait until at least 1030pm for the taxi) so I ordered the service at 945pm. By the time 1050pm rolled around I finally decided to give Uber a try. I had a ride there within 5 minutes. It's about 1115pm now, I'm home and I just got a call telling me my taxi was on its way....Yellow Cab is the worst cab company I have ever had the misfortune of using...by the way, they also own and operate Westlake cab. Needless to say I'll be using Uber from now on, or walking... Either is faster then Yellow Cab.
