Bad experience with them not showing up for an appointment. I called yesterday to have someone give me an estimate on 750 square feet of pavers. I was asked if Wednesday or Thursday evening would work and I told them "no" but that I could work with Tuesday evening (anytime after 4pm) or Wednesday or Friday morning at 8:00am. I was told that 8:00 am Wednesday would work and if something changed, he would call me back and come Tuesday evening. No call Tuesday and at 8:25am I call and was told "his girl was left a post-it note to call me and reschedule, she must not have made it into the office." Then he wanted to schedule it for Wednesday or Thursday evening, the two nights I already said would not work. Maybe they do great work? I will never know.
