Dishonest. Do not use them. The dispatcher lied to me and Hyundai stating that they were here when they were not. Stood by their lies even when confronted with the truth by me and Hyundai. The dispatcher was rude, dishonest and tried to accuse me of lying. She should not have a job in customer service. I was not surprised to find all these one star reviews. Clearly I am not the only one they let down. Only wish I would have looked them up when Hyundai recommended them and saved myself a wasted day waiting for them to never come. Hopefully Hyundai will not recommend them again. They have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau site for a reason. Do yourself a favor and find a different towing company.
