If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Salesman was James sales Manager was Chris. Horrible experience. Extremely high pressure and trying not to let me see information or call anybody and they would give me a better deal if I didn't. First time ever buying a car and the only good thing I got out of it was learning when to straight run out of a car dealership. They lied about the value and remaining loan on my trade to make it sound like the were doing me a favor. Later found out from the bank that I had only owed $5,000 when I was told I owed $7,500. Later also found out the KBB value of the car I traded in was over $11,000. They gave me a "deal" on the new car with payments at only $199 a month. After I received the first bill from the loan I saw that the loan was for close to $11,000 when the cars KBB value was $9,500. I wanted a smaller car and smaller payment and ended up losing any equity I had built up in my previous car. On top of all this the car had so many problems after I was promised it had gone through a thorough inspection, which it had obviously not but no one there was willing to admit that. A/C stopped working, tires are worn out in hard to see places and definitely needed to be changed, the were so many other small issues that for the 2 months after I bought it the car had spent almost 2 weeks in total at the mechanics. I really wish there was more I could do like some kind of legal action but I signed the paperwork and I realize it was my own naivete and inexperience that got me into this mess. I guess I just had too much faith in the honesty of Chris and James. The one thing I can do is give the biggest warning I can DO NOT go here, or at least be very careful.
