We booked a reservation at this hotel 5 months ago for myself and my boss. We where flying in at 10pm and called the hotel and spoke to Indy to let them know we would be arriving late. The hotel said it is a good thing you called as we are overbooked for the night and probably wont have a room for you. WTF?????? How can you not have a room we have a reservation. Well they said that sometimes they overbook because they expect cancellations.... AGAIN WTF??? if a person doesn't show up then you charge there card.... You don't overbook thinking you will have cancellations. We learned this information at the airport while we where waiting for our flight to Phoenix. We went to ticket counter and cancelled our whole trip. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!
