Wish I could pick zero stars...buyer beware!! Do not purchase tickets from them! A. Wrong date on my tickets (for a date I won't even BE in Las Vegas), so I called to get it fixed. Got put on hold forever, put in my number for the "auto call back" feature and didn't get a call for over 2 days. B. After much frustration not getting through by phone or by email, I was finally told there are no refunds, no exchanges, and no help can be given for this error. C. Also, I can't sell OR gift the tickets to anyone since they are ONLY to be given to the person named on the ticket with picture ID. D. So, I'm out the entire $$. It also ended up being $10 cheaper when I bought them (again!) but this time from the venue itself! Why even use this service??? SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, AND MONEY! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!
