ALERT...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We drove 40 minutes to get our Rawlings glove engraved and the staff says they don't have the password and can't call anyone to get it because they won't give it over the phone! We're not asking for the password to the safe!!! What's so special about giving the password over the phone to one of their employees? I I could give no stars I would. THIS PLACE SUCKS! RAWLINGS NEEDS TO DO BETTER!
