This company is awesome! My springs went out on my garage shortly after the 3 year warranty expired from another company's install. After contacting them and being dissatisfied with their customer service, I decided to shop around. I went with Dependable based on a recommendation on a local social media page for my area. The office staff were very accommodating and they were able to get me in the same day! The tech arrived on time, was very courteous (he even worked with me over the phone, because I couldn't personally be there) and got the job done, and done right. I went for the lifetime springs because we use our garage door A LOT! I won't have the issue of having to replace cheap springs every few years. I definitely recommend you try them, you won't be disappointed. Excellent customer service, excellent prices, and stand behind their work 100%.
