I ordered cards online through jakprints and I can say that it was not that great of an experience. First they would not remove the square box background of the image that I sent in unless I paid extra to have the image sent to one of their artists. I do not think people should have to pay extra to have a white background deleted, but I went ahead and got transferred to the artist, who wasn't there, and left a voicemail. No one ever called me back. About a week and a half later (I thought maybe they were just busy and gave them the benefit of the doubt) I contacted them letting them know that no one ever contacted me, so they had someone else contact me. He was pretty quick but I had to pay $40 extra just to have a white background removed from a picture, but at least the cards would be done soon, right? Wrong. It has been 8 days since I approved the proofs and we don't have our order- the order hasn't even shipped yet. So, yeah it was okay. Not very fast.
