I received a coupon mailer at my home for this place, so i thought I'd come check it out. Upon pulling in I experienced a dirty building and a confusing entrance into the carwash. When i pulled up to select my carwash package, I presented the coupon and asked for that specific wash. My wife & I recently had a baby and a family member had written on our windows with window chalk that washes away with water. The guy tells us it would be an extra $7 to clean the writing off, and then proceeds to try to upsell us to a hand wax package that's $15 even more than that. I politely told him I could wash it at home for free and had only come there to use the coupon and try their service. There was no attempt to keep me as a customer and I drove away. I run marketing for 75+ restaurants in Las Vegas and know a thing or two about customer service. These guys obviously don't.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
