BEWARE HOME APPLIANCES SERVICE 24/7!!! I called them to tell them I had talked to LG customer service which told me my washer pump was either clogged or needed replaced. I then called Home Appliances Service 24/7, relayed LG's comments and asked what is would cost to replace the pump. They quoted $180 ($80 upfront diagnostic fee included in costs). Their tech came out out & never performed any diagnostic service other than turning on my washer. The tech refused to answer when questioned regarding diagnostics. Two days later the company said the costs would be $380 to replace the control board & pump. I informed them their tech guy never preformed any diagnostics or even checked the pump. I then had Mr. Appliance West LV come out and they subsequently simply took the hose off and rubbed the inside of the pump with their finger to clear any debris & the washer immediately worked perfect. And they only charged me $79.95 after the successful service. As for Home Appliances Service 24/7, I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their error including either returning the $80, replacing the pump for $201 or even to discuss this with their owner. People should also be aware that unscrupulous companies will have shills post fake or fluffed positive reviews on Yelp. Thus, read every negative comment on this company. Again, given my experience, I strongly recommend fellow Nevadans to AVOID HOME APPLIANCES SERVICE 24/7. Have a Blessed Day!
