Don't waste your time with ANYONE ELSE. This place is no frills in looks and REALLY gets the job done. My old Torro had accelerator cable break, and Tom asked me to send model # and photo by text to him - he'd be sure its the right part and he'd pre-order it so when I bring in the mower he can do it on the spot!!!! WHO does that anymore? (that's called old fashioned service treating others like you want to be treated). He was super reasonable financially for me - and if you try to bring mower to any other place they may look fancy and do less and charge you more. I'm a client of his for life. My friend who drove me over with her truck to load up the mower has other equipment and she'll be another good review I'm sure after Tom finishes up with her equipment and she has a big field to care for. Call Tom you won't be disappointed!
