Their return policy is terrible! Please go to Amazon first, especially if you have prime because it will be a lot cheaper! I rented 3 books for $150. It was too late when I found out that Amazon carries it for only $38 for all 3 books!!! I really regret that I rented here! I would have saved over a $100 and as a college student it helps a lot. It was literally only a few hours that I miss but the manager still wouldn't give me back at least 50% of the refund. However, there are so willing to get the book without giving me nothing! I told myself "hells to the no!" If I already paid for it, I may as well use it. Why would I return it and get nothing? So that they can sell it to others and make money out of it twice! No way!! I know better now! They are so corporate! All they care is about money! please please please, try to stay away from them unless all the stores in the world doesn't carry the books you needed. They should definitely be the last place every student should go!!! Beat the bookstore, please don't take advantage of the college students. I'm sure some of you have been to college and you know that it sucks the life out of you. I definitely wouldn't come back! !!!
