Nice venue with very good acoustics. Unfortunately, they over-sell the general admission (floor). We had the pleasure of seeing The Cure on 5/19/16 and the GA section was PACKED. I could hardly breathe at times with people pushing me from all directions. BTW, The Cure concert was incredible.
Minus two stars for the line at the merchandise table. There were TWO people working it with a line longer than HyperSpace Mountain at Disneyland. It took OVER 90 MINUTES to buy a T-shirt. When I complained about the line, they told me they were currently hiring and down eight employees. Seriously, they don't have a competent human resources department? Management should be fired for allowing this to happen!
