I have had a few bad experiences with this store but decided to give it one more try.Grayson as the one e mployee identified himself needs serious training in customer service.He appears to be an adult but has the skills with customers of a child..he was unhelpful beyond rude and refused to help a new employee who was struggling with coupons.
When I asked him what was wrong with him he just exploded in the most unprofessional manner I have ever witnessed by an employee.. called me disrespectful to him and his manager..really?? Said if I didn't like it there to go to Dales... Um I'm the customer but he didn't seem to care..pretty sad that Pet Club hires people of this caliber to work with customers..he definitely does not belong in that work environment..so with that said.Im done with Pet Club..there are too many other places that welcome the over $400 a month that I spend on horse,dog and chicken feed..
