I had a 915 appointment at Wolfson Medical Center. I arrived early at 815 a.m. and filled out paperwork. At 915, I was called up to the front desk after sitting there for an hour. The clerk told me they didn't have an authorization form for me to get the blood work. I was upset, as if she did not have the paperwork, why would she have me fill out paperwork and let me know an hour later. Very unprofessional office.
