This totally hurts my heart to write this, but I had such an awful experience at this location. I went the other evening, and it was honestly pretty quiet. When I walked in, the hostess was gossiping so loudly with one of the servers, and I usually wouldn't care, but they were complaining about another server (I think) and it was just so nasty and it really put a bad taste in my mouth. They ignored me until they were done with their conversation, too, so it was really awkward for me. So after my awkward/distasteful beginning, I get seated. The server comes over and asks what we would like to drink - I order a fig and ginger mule, and my friend ordered some sangria. We also order the calamari and veggies to start. The server brought me my mule, but forgot the sangria. Fifteen minutes later, the app comes out, and it is cold. Still no sign of my friends sangria. We mention that the calamari was cold to our server, who says that just happens sometimes but that it seemed pretty warm when it was brought out. We were confused by the response, but its whatever. We order dinner - Ahi tuna for me, pesto chicken for my friend. It takes forever to come out. Still no sangria for my friend, which we pretty much just give up on at this point. The food came and it was good, which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. It took a very long time on a very un-busy night for our food to come out, so I'm not sure if our waiter forgot to put it in or if there was just some mishap in the kitchen. When the bill came, the sangria (which we never received) was still on there. We told our server, who seemed irritated, and another 15 minutes went by before we got the updated bill. I totally get everyone has their off days, and I love Sam Fox concepts, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location any time soon.
