I've stayed at Hilton's where available. (After what happened at Arabellas in Sadona, see review there.) I'd already had my flight changed. By Flying out of Phoenix instead of Flagstaff. I had to find lodging. Found the Hilton by the Phoenix Airport. I felt like I'd found the Mother Ship! From the time I pulled into the valet parking for service through lifting me into my car, I felt cared about. The front desk was able to find my HiltonHonors points from almost 20 years ago, gave me 2 complimentary bottles of water, provided me with a wheelchair, and a Porter took me to the room. Did I mention that I was able to get a last minute reservation? Using the ancient HH points I was able to get a better rate then I could have from the travel sites! This Hilton should be at the hotel platinum for the best treatment, great room service, and I forgot to tell you about the bathroom amenities, SPA level! I don't usually use the Hotel provided toiletries. This time I made use of most of them!
