I moved here 3 months ago and I love it! The apartments are very spacious and it couldn't be any more closer to old town. I personally moved here from CA, so the cost to me is extremely affordable.
Every apartment has a patio and the community has a pool, fitness center and a club house.
When I moved in, I wasn't pleased with a few chips in the floor and it definitely didn't look as good as the model that they showed me. However within days the maintenance guy came and looked at the floors and gave me a few options as to what he could do. I then went out of town for a few days and when I came home, I had new floors throughout the place and I was a very pleased resident. There were also a few chips in the mirror in my guest bathroom which didn't look good to me, they also replaced that within a few days. I'm happy that they replaced both of these and I'm glad that I said something.
The girls in the office are friendly and they're open til 6pm in the week, so picking up packages is not a problem. I've seen a lot of negative comments about parking and towing and that has not been an issue at all. I've had friends come over on a weekend evening and they've always been able to find a parking spot. The office is happy to give you passes as well!
The fitness center is decent and it has the basics, although I personally like to leave the complex when I go to work out. The pool can be a little dirty at times, but they're also a lot of people that live here and on the weekend the pool is always packed which is fun!
The only negative for me is the noise on a Fri & Sat night. Most of the time it's the music from the bars close by. I didn't realize how close I was to all the crazy action when I moved here. I'm usually out myself on a weekend night but if I'm home and tired, that bothers me but it's not so bad that you can't fall asleep. Any noise in the complex seems to get shut down in minutes and I've seen a few cop cars come through on a weekend night, which I'm assuming is to shut down noise.
Overall, I'm really pleased living at this complex and in AZ. My neighbors are friendly and most people that live here seem to be aged 25-40. Most people seem to be hard working professionals without kids.
