Waiting for over an hour (beyond your appointment time) to see a medical doctor is unacceptable regardless of your income level. I live in this low income area and residents have few options for local medical attention and, as a result, are forced to tolerate this poor service. I do use my private insurance at their dental clinic because they have done a good job with dental appointment scheduling and dental service. Perhaps the medial clinic needs to follow best practices of the dental clinic. I was told to contact Rebeca Mora, Operations Manager, at 602.323.3210 and I did that same day. I was told she would call me back, but she never did. It's 2 weeks later and I haven't heard from her. This is another continuing example of their poor customer service. I just received a $40 bill dated 7/18/17 charging me $7.00 for 5/18/16; $10.00 for 9/15/16; and $23.00 for 11/18/16 - all charges for last year!! What is wrong with you people?! The incompetence on so many levels is unbelievable! I've been a big community health clinic supporter for many years - no more though! This looks like retaliation for my public Yelp reviews. Have you singled my account out for closer scrutiny for charges YOU failed to bill for on those dates that I supposedly received services?! Outrageous that you're charging me for your incompetence and failure to do you job properly and bill on a timely basis. The last time I was there (about a month ago) my account had a zero balance. This is more ongoing, inexcusable incompetence and possibly harassment! It's time to report your bad behavior to your licensing board! And, lastly, no one has ever bothered to contact me as you previously promised here.
