I've actually had two manicures here, and they were both fine. I got gel nails and they lasted and were done well. HOWEVER. The second (and last) time I was there, I watched the technician working on the person next to me injure her client, which in itself is not a huge deal to me. Mistakes happen, she was apologetic. What happened next was completely horrifying. She used a cotton ball on an alcohol dispenser, pressed it to the persons finger, and then pressed the SAME cotton ball, bloodied, onto the alcohol dispenser to apply more. Cross contamination is a huge deal, and blood borne pathogens can seriously affect peoples health and lives! So until I see a BBP education certificate on their walls, I will certainly not be returning. Not 4me!
