We purchased a new water heater from All Star less than 6 months ago. Woke up this morning to no hot water. Called as soon as they opened and was told the soonest they could come out was "sometime mid-day tomorrow". Unacceptable in the winter. I called Rain Forrest and they were out within an hour and fixed what should have been a warranty repair. Lesson learned not to use All Star again.
