So glad I made the switch to this OB/GYN. I don't plan on having kids anytime soon, so I was looking for an office that didn't have an imbalanced focus on the OB of OB/GYN, i.e. a website that hits you in the face with "LOOK AT ALL OF THESE BABIES, BE PREGNANT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!" SWCWC definitely has a well balanced site that is informative and professional; you'd be surprised how many providers have crappy websites, so I was really impressed with theirs.
The office is located on the second floor of the building. There's not a sign on the street, but I think the building is called the Generations Family Medical Center? Anyway there's plenty of seating in the lobby and some extra seating along the walls in the front office area.
I have no problem seeing PA's vs doctors and in most cases prefer them because their bedside manner tends to be better. So I see NFP Patricia and she's awesome. I never feel like she's rushing me and she's very thorough. I saw her for my annual and for an IUD consult and not only did she walk me through all of my options, but pointed me to a website where I could compare different birth control options. She has a great sense of humor too which obviously isn't a priority with a provider but a nice fringe benefit.
What I like most about this place is the efficiency; you can check in online ahead of your appointment. It's paperless, easy and saves you time when you get to the office.
The front office staff has always been friendly and I've never waited longer than 15 minutes to see my provider.
Recommend this office for all of your lady health needs.
