I am a business customer. Got into this branch just need a simply deposit. Only one window open for business customers and I was the first one on the waiting line, then another 3 guys came after me.....5mins....10 mins..... The regular line's people moving fast...I have to asked the banker who just welcome people If I could go to other windows just make a deposit.....she said only business window can help me....Really? Is the business services such limited? ......Another 10 minuets! I can't wait to ask the teller how long this transaction need to be take? She is getting to shout at me...."You can go to the other windows, they can help you ....I asked her again, are you sure they can help a business client? She said YES!!! With such rude I hope I wrote down her name and should talk to the branch manager! Such bad trained employees and services here in Wells Fargo. The lady stuff welcome people only use words not the actions with care attitude. Such un-professional guide lady! I will close all accounts and go to a better bank...."Ch***"! The worst experience with bank as a business client.
