We attended Blues with a Side of Bacon here last night. It was our first visit to this venue since moving to Vegas less than two years ago. We love the blues and missed outdoor venues, so this event was perfect. We even used a groupon and noticed that others entered with Fill a Seat. The venue is gorgeous. We had general seating so were able to experience the acts up close and personal. Many with families chose to sit on the grassy hill in the fresh air. The sound system was excellent, even for my hearing impaired husband. The staff was courteous. The amenities were excellent. Parking was easy. Bathrooms were clean and there was no wait ladies! Due to this special event, there were food trucks with a variety of choices and price points. We will look for other events to attend. It reminded us of DTE in Detroit only with mountains.
