Staff was very rude and unorganized.
I had scheduled their soonest appointment which was a month and a half out. Appointment came, confirmed twice of time and date. Turned out to be the day before. I called again to reschedule, nurse was very rude and hung up on me.
Thought I'd bring it up to their supervisor, they just defended their staff and did not apologize or make accommodations.
I canceled my appointment and I no longer wish to work with them.
