Never have I felt so ignored and disrespected! I went here last night 12/4 at around 7pm and was completely offended and the kind of customer service I got. I walked in with my daughter who was visiting and we were looking to buy quite a few things from ceiling fans to a crystal chandelier. As I walked in the store, I was surprised at how busy it was for the time of day. I walked around for about 10 minutes and was not greeted by anyone. There seemed to be only 1 young male employee in the store which was already helping another customer. I finally walked up to the counter and noticed that an older female employee was on her phone just sitting in the corner at one of the desks. I walked up to her and she did not even look up at me! I figured she did not want to help me and decided to try and find someone else. I continued to walk around but after about 20-30 minutes we decided to leave since we were never serviced. I saw the lady that was on her phone get up once just long enough to talk to someone just for a moment to answer a question. She then went right back to her spot in the corner on her phone. The female employee was tall and had somewhat of an accent. I was appalled that with a store full of customers someone had the audacity to just ignore everyone and play on their phone. It is clear this store does not appreciate their customers. I definitely not be buying anything from this store in the future!
