Rachel, one of the opticians, was the one who helped me from start to finish. When I first went in, there were issues with getting a hold of my insurance to get an authorization. Rachel offered to reach out to my insurance the following day and then let me know what my out of pocket would be. As promised, Rachel called me back the next day. She was honest and never made me feel like all she cared about was up selling. She explained the costs and catered to what I needed for my glasses. All in all, she made me experience a great and pleasant one!
