Tev was beyond outstanding. I was selling my AZ home and out-of-state and all I had to do was send Tev the inspection sheet and he completed all the work and passed the follow up inspection. He replaced the entire electrical panel and a ton of other items and was by far the most competitive on price. His work is of outstanding quality and Tev is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. He completed all of this work for $4,500 and only required $1,500 down payment. TEV IS AMAZING. PERIOD. COMPLETE MAIN PANEL CHANGE OUT: Remove old meter and panel outside in back of house and replace with new all-in-one overhead feed panel with 200-amp main breaker. EXPOSED WIRE ENCASED IN CONDUIT: All exposed wiring to be encased in conduit. EXTERIOR WATER PROOF COVER: Exterior receptacle has an improper waterproof cover and will be replaced with correct in-use cover. UNGROUNDED OUTLETS: All exterior and interior outlets are ungrounded and will be corrected. MAIN BREAKER SHUT OFF: Main Breaker Shut Off for home will be installed. PROTECTIVE COVER AND OPENINGS IN PANEL: Protective cover and open slots in panel will be covered to prevent injury. ELECTRICAL GREASE: Electrical grease to be added to aluminum breaker connections. CHECK OUT MAIN PANEL AND SUB-PANEL FOR SAFETY: Licensed electrician to check out main panel and sub-panel for safety and make necessary corrections. 50-AMP BREAKER NEEDS GROUND: 50-amp breaker is ungrounded and needs correction. DOUBLE TAPPED TERMINALS: Make corrections to all double tapped terminals. CAP EXPOSED WIRING: Cap all exposed wiring. NEUTRAL & GROUND BONDED IN SUB PANEL: Make corrections to sub panel so that neutral and ground are not bonded together. 80% RECEPTACLES INSIDE ARE UNGROUNDED: 80% of the receptacles in the home are 3 prong but ungrounded. Make repairs including GFCI receptacles. UNCOVERED J-BOX IN ATTIC: Install cover plate on j-box over the garage to protect the wiring. Secure loose j-box.
