I don't know why people feel the need to bash this pharmacy. The staff is fast yet overloaded with the high volume of people to serve. They still go out of the way to fix insurance carrier issues and get what you need on time. This location is a nexus of neighborhood demographics of central Phoenix. It's ridiculous that customers could be so intolerant and self centered to complain about being forced to share their time and space with strangers. I'm posting a good review for this CVS because I'm impressed with their speed, diligence, and composure when they are forced to cope with so many issues from dawn to dusk every day. They have always corrected an ongoing problem with my insurance carriers and the medications I'm prescribed, despite the lines of fuming people with their own issues. Keep up the great work, because I'm sure your numbers are exponentially higher. I'm grateful that this team is my pharmacy. It wouldn't work anywhere else. Thanks!
