Fun & challenging workouts! Every day is a new well designed workout. All the trainers are knowledgeable! You feel like you are getting a personal training session in a group class. Energy level is always high and the hour flies by! 2 of my favorite trainers are Benny & Chris - I highly recommend taking your first class with either of them. I also like how the classes feel like a community even though we are busting our booties! Great way to get your sweat on in a fun atmosphere.
