I saw this hotel on Travelzoo so I decided to take a chance. It's more of a boutique hotel that is located about a 15 min from downtown Montreal (about 20 min walk to the Eaton Centre). The deal came with free wifi, free breakfast and passes to the Museum of Fine Art for the Pompeii exhibit.
It looks like a huge townhouse when you enter - the staff are all super friendly in a genuine way. Please note that if you have any walking issues this hotel is not for you as there are no elevators. There are 4 stories to this hotel so if you can get a room on the ground floor then great but if you can't then you might have difficulty with this hotel.
The rooms are all done well - the bathrooms are huge with marble floors; a mini bar, wine glasses and a corkscrew are provided along with an ice bucket.
Breakfast is on the main floor and it a buffet style - the typical cereals, eggs, fruits, cheeses and meat; croissants/muffins etc and juices coffee/tea. I was slightly disappointed in that Montreal is known for their great cheeses and they could have showcased them here, however they had the typical swiss and marble cheese slices.
Next time I would probably stay more in the downtown area of Montreal but this hotel is pretty great if you don't mind walking (which personally I don't).
