Ok, so I love Starbucks. I go there daily and have since my high school days in NYC. This location is super convenient for me and they can move a high volume through quickly (sometimes I am amazed). What's not amazing is how I ask for unsweetened drinks and then get to my office to discover a syrupy mess. When I do make it a point to reiterate that it should be unsweetened I am always told by the disembodied voice at the order station that I do not need to ask for it because that is standard unless I ask for sweetener. NOT TRUE. In any given week, I've either had to endure and ingest my syrupy iced venti because life would be terrible without my caffeine kick or have thrown it. Sometimes, if it's the weekend and I've grabbed a coffee that is problematic, I have driven back and had them give me a new one. This happens atleast 1-2 times a week. Not like it's cheap either. The staff are always friendly and apologetic, but I go there for my coffee so am basing my rating on that.
