The owner was very quick to respond on Yelp about an overheating problem we were having with our fridge. The technician that came out was knowledgeable and friendly - it turned out that the problem was with how the fridge was placed and the resulting lack of airflow, so there was nothing to fix, and since the company was running a special for new customers there wasn't even a diagnostic charge. Also, the tech must have left the fridge positioned slightly better than we had it, and the fridge isn't heating up quite as much. Great overall experience, highly recommended!
