I CANNOT stand Fletchers. If I had any other choice closer to me, I'd choose them. I have gone here for about ten years now and they are ALWAYS rude, lazy and extremely slow. I never thought to write a review, until I got to talking with a lady in Cabin Coffee who also cannot stand them or their service, so she wrote a review on here. They are unfriendly, and crude. I overheard them talking to a young girl... who I do not even believe was of age, and she was expressing that she had already paid for her oil change and the man said there was nothing showing that she did so. She insisted that she already did so and no longer had the money for it. So he said to her WHILE WINKING "Well I can think of other forms of payment" I am extremely appalled. Do not give them your business. They should be shut down.
