Let me start off by saying I'm from New Jersey and this place is not so New Jersey. New Jersey is known for there tomatoes and therefore we love our ketchup. With that being said, I ordered a cheesesteak. Come to find out they don't carry ketchup. WTF! A cheesesteak without ketchup is like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without jelly. My wife had the ranch bacon chicken cheesesteak and the ranch was just watery and got all over the place. I hate to say we will not be attending Jersey Mikes again. But Capriotti's or Which Wich are great selections if your looking for traditional east coast style hoagies and sandwiches.
